All characters on stage fit into archetypes that can be classified as either the light male, light female, dark male and dark female. Shifts in monologues and scenes usually occur when a character shifts between these archetypes. Workshop leader Krisztina Peremartoni will explain these archetypes, give examples from film, and then participants will invoke these archetypes and play them in different situations.
